Can Lupicort be applied on the face?

No, Lupicort is a topical corticosteroid so it should not be used on the face. Harmful skin effects can occur by applying Lupicort on a face like periorificial dermatitis (rash around the mouth), atrophy(degeneration of cells), and telangiectasia (tiny blood vessels causing thread-like pattern on the skin). The more potent a steroid, the more serious these adverse reactions.
