 No, Esgipyrin NP does not cause drowsiness because prescribed Esgipyrin NP has no effect on the central nervous system but an overdose of Esgipyrin NP may lead to lethargy, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, gastrointestinal bleeding. Hypertension, acute renal failure, coma, and respiratory depression may occur but are rare.
