Take a pea sized amount of Colgate Sensitive on a toothbrush. Rub the brush in circular motion over your teeth for about a minute or two and spit the lather out. Do not swallow.

General precautions for Colgate Sensitive Plus Toothpaste

Rinse your mouth with normal or lukewarm water.
Make sure to wash your hands with soap and water before using Colgate Sensitive.
After using Colgate Sensitive spit the toothpaste. Do not swallow. Do not drink and eat for atleast 30 minutes.
Use in prescribed amount, do not use an excessive amount of Colgate Sensitive.
