Yes, you can take Motidom P with tramadol. The combination of Motidom P and tramadol are prescribed by doctors to relieve from severe to moderate pain. However, do not take it on your own.
Although it's believed that Motidom P works mainly in the central nervous system (Brain and Spine). It prevents the release of prostaglandin, which is responsible for increasing pain and body temperature. It effectively reduces the intensity of pain signals to the brain.
