Discontinuing Mucomox on your own can increase the chances of bacterial resistance. It is recommended that you always consult your doctor before discontinuing medicine on your own.
Mucomox should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote resistant bacteria which result in a relapse of the infection.
