Yes, Fortwin may cause low blood pressure (hypotension) in a few cases only. It is a rare side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause of low blood pressure is unknown. If you are experiencing lightheadedness or blurry vision (symptoms of low blood pressure) after taking this drug then try to sit down and take rest for a while till it subsides.
