Yes, Pregclear causes abdominal (stomach) pain but it occurs in only a few cases. It is a known side effect of this drug. If you experience abdominal (stomach) pain after taking this drug, consider taking a mild painkiller. The chances of Pregclear to not work are very slim, however if the woman fails to abort within 24 hours after taking the first dose of Pregclear and if no significant side effects were observed when a second course of Pregclear can be given after 12 hours of the last dose of Pregclear.
