Pegstim

Pegstim is a prescription drug, available for use as Injection. Neutropenia are some of its major therapeutic uses.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Pegstim. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.

The most common side effects of Pegstim are Chills, Cough, Fever. While these are the most often observed Pegstim side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Such side effects of Pegstim normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Pegstim's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Unknown while nursing. It is important to know if Pegstim has any effect on the kidney, liver and heart. Information on such adverse effects, if any, has been given in the Pegstim related warnings section.

Pegstim can cause adverse effects in certain medical conditions. It is strongly recommended to avoid Pegstim in conditions like Blood Cancer, Kidney Disease. Other contraindications of Pegstim have been discussed in the sections ahead.
