Doxolin M is a brand name of montelukast and it is available in the form of tablet, powder, and granules. It belongs to the class of medicine called leukotriene receptor antagonist. It is a prescription drug that is used for the preventive (prophylaxis) and maintenance treatment of asthma and to prevent breathing difficulty (bronchospasm) during exercise. It is also used to provide relief from the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever).
