Yes, Contiflo D has the potential to lower the blood pressure and cause hypotension. Low blood pressure can be avoided or managed by drinking lots of fluids, taking food rich in B12 and folate, taking adequate salt, and by taking caffeine.
Yes, it is safe to use Contiflo D. It should be used strictly under a doctor's supervisions and one must comply with all the recommendations. One must not take more or less of Contiflo D or take it more or less frequently as per his/her will.
