No, you are not supposed to donate blood donate after taking this drug. Blood can be only donated after one month of stopping this medicine Acutret. Yes, Acutret causes dryness of skin but only in few cases. It is a known side effect of this drug. For mild dryness, you can use petroleum jelly for moisturization. If you experience excessive dryness of the skin after using this drug, then consult your doctor and follow his/her instructions.
