Yes Penetal and sildenafil can be taken together. Fixed-dose combinations are also available in the market. Although Penetal causes very small, yet clinically significant fall in blood pressure. If you experience the above symptom kindly do not force yourself to get up and lie down and take rest. Inform the doctor immediately if you get no relief even after resting for a while.
